【 延期活動計畫公告 10/14/2023】

 

1. 延期進度：

因 Indira 檔期較滿，經紀公司需重新規劃 Asia tour，目前溝通協調的檔期為2024年上半年，確切日期須待經紀公司與其他亞洲國家確認後才能公布。

 

2. 延長退票時限：

原退票時限10月13日 延長至 10月20日晚上11點59分止，有退票需求者請依前述公告辦理申請，未在本次延長時限前申請退票並寄回票券之消費者，視為同意保留票券並沿用至延期活動。

 

3. 活動票價：

延期活動票券金額將以原訂票價別第二波預售票 $2300元 開始販售，已申請退票/寄回票券之消費者若欲取消申請，請加入 LINE @reboot_event 辦理退票取消作業。

【Announcement of the Postponed Event Plan 10/14/2023 】

 

1.Rescheduling Progress:

Due to Indira's tight schedule, the agency needs to re-plan the Asia tour. Currently, the tentative period we're discussing is the first half of 2024. The exact date will be announced once the agency and other countries in Asia confirm.

 

2. Extended Deadline for Ticket Refunds:

The original deadline for ticket refunds was October 13th. It has been extended to October 20th, ending at 11:59 pm. Those who wish to refund their tickets should proceed according to the previous announcement. Consumers who do not apply for a refund and return their tickets before the extended deadline are considered to have agreed to retain their tickets and use them for the postponed event.

 

3. Postponed Event Ticket Price:

The postponed event ticket price will start at the originally second wave presale price of $2300. Consumers who have applied for a refund or returned their tickets but wish to cancel their application can join LINE @reboot_event to process the cancellation.

一、延期原因：

 

原訂2023年9月29日舉辦 Reboot Taipei 20th Anniversary ONE with Indira Paganotto, Q’hey 活動，因主要藝人 Indira Paganotto 於9月初感染新型流感引發中耳炎，我方持續與經紀公司聯繫追蹤藝人最新狀況，經專業醫師二次診斷後確定藝人須停止近期演出工作並不得進行飛行旅程，故經紀公司已確認延期藝人Indira 於2023年9月29日 在台之演出。

 

以下為醫師診斷證明原文&譯文：

 

 

患者 “ Indira Martin Paganotto ”  患有右側漿液性中耳炎，由於臨床併發症（穿孔、聽力減退和殘餘耳鳴）的危險，因此在症狀恢復之前嚴禁乘坐飛機。已開出治療處方，並計劃在 12 天後進行檢查。

  

 

二、活動延期日期與票券販售：

 

本活動延期資訊及票券販售重啟日期，以 Reboot Taipei 官方專頁FB/ IG/ Line@ 所發布之消息為主，歡迎加入 LINE官方帳號@reboot_event 以獲取最新消息。


 

三、原始票券使用方式及退票辦法：

 

  1. 原訂2023/09/29之活動原始票券可沿用至延期活動入場。
     

  2. 因延期而欲退票之消費者，以下任一票種及購買方式皆按照本公告之步驟辦理退票作業：

Ｂ.經由全家便利商店 Famiport 購買之實體票券

Hosted by Reboot Taipei, we hereby announce the following four points:

  1. Reason for Postponement:

The event "Reboot Taipei 20th Anniversary ONE with Indira Paganotto, Q’hey," originally scheduled for September 29, 2023, is being postponed. The headline artist Indira Paganotto was diagnosed witha new type of flu in early September. After two medical consultations, it's confirmed that she must cease all immediate performances and cannot undertake air travel. Therefore, her performance in Taiwan on September 29, 2023, is officially postponed.

 

Below is the doctor's medical statement and its translation:

Patient "Indira Martin Paganotto" has serous otitis media in the right ear. Due to the risk of clinical complications (perforation, hearing loss, and residual tinnitus), air travel is strictly prohibited until symptoms subside. A treatment prescription has been issued, with a follow-up check planned for 12 days later.

 

  1. Event postponed date and Ticket Sales:

Information about the postponed event and ticket resales will primarily be announced on Reboot Taipei's official FB/ IG / official LINE account. Please join our official LINE account @reboot_event for the latest updates.

 

  1. Original Ticket Usage and Refund Policy:

 

Tickets for the originally scheduled event on September 29, 2023, will be valid for the rescheduled event.

 

For those who wish to refund their tickets due to the postponement, please follow the refund procedures outlined in this announcement:

 

  • A. For e-tickets paid via KKTIX’s official website, Famiport at FamilyMart, or ATM transfer

  • B. For physical tickets purchased via Famiport at FamilyMart

  • C. For physical tickets purchased from ticket sellers and official ticket points

 

Step 1: Complete the online refund application form here. For detailed procedures, please read the form. (The deadline is midnight on October 13)

 

Step 2: For those with physical tickets, please mail them to: Reboot Taipei, B1 Floor, No. 451 Zhonghua Rd Section 2, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City 100065. (The recommended mailing period is from 09/30/2023 to 10/15/2023)
Note: If you haven't collected your ticket, please get it from Famiport first. 

 

Step 3: All refunds will be processed into the designated bank accounts before December 31, 2023.

Admission will be free upon showing a ticket at door for the postponed event (either e-ticket or physical paper ticket).

  1. 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本 節目採用方案一： 消費者請求退換票之時限為該票券所載演出日前十日(不含演出日)， 但消費者於退換票退換票時限屆至前購買，迄於時限屆至後始收受票券或於開演前仍未收受票券者，亦得退換票，全家取票因購買當日便可取票則不適用此規範；請求退換票日期以實體票券寄達日為準，退票需酌收票面金額10%手續費，限2023/09/18 (含)前寄達至KKTIX郵政信箱。

Tickets are refundable with 10% return handing fee up until 10 days before the event, which means tickets must be RECEIVED by KKTIX on and before 2023/09/18.   5. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
  6. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及「偽造私文書罪」，依照刑法第二百十條：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生 損 害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ， 主 辦單位及KKTIX皆 有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
